Psychologist Doctor Kate Stonewall, current advice queen of the radio waves, thinks she knows everything about how to pick the frogs from the princes. And while Jeff Hardin, her rival from the radio station, may think she's cute, she knows he's just a frog in tennis shoes. He may boost her heart rate whenever he gets near, but she's not wasting her time on a sports-addicted goof whose idea of success is hosting a talk show called "Jock Talk." Bad enough she has to deal with Jeff at the station, but when he moves in next door, well, it's enough to make a shrink want to call herself for advice. Jeff is all for being neighborly, but with Mr. Perfect sweeping Kate off her feet, it doesn't look like Jeff is going to be able to get to first base with her. Maybe Kate still has something to learn about life, love and . . . the stock market?
